From the initial contact with Matt (sales) to the installation team and follow up with Collin (install supervisor) everything was amazing. Matt explained the financing options we had available through the State of Maryland, which was an easy process, to Collin coming out and taking a look to explain what would be needed to be done. All of them were very professional. Collin even had to make an extra trip and explain they would need to redo the return area in order for the unit to fit into the attic. Our first install date was cancelled due to weather but was quickly rescheduled and they arrived on time in the morning of the install. They walked through what they were going to do and then started working. It was a long day for them but everything was completed in one day and they cleaned up afterwards. Dave and his install team were very professional and did a great job. Collin came back out after everything was completed and provided some additional advice on operating the system. We have noticed a tremendous change in our house since we installed the new heat pump system. We are going to be signing up for the club membership for the maintenance when they come back in 6 months to do the routine maintenance check. I would highly recommend them for any Heating and AC work you need to have done. Good company with good people. Thanks.

When my hvac unit failed in November ,I got a replacement quote from the company I was using for maintenance which seemed acceptable. I was encouraged by family to get 2 bids and so -scheduled an appointment with Matt. Rich, their plumber, was my go to , stressbuster guy to call for plumbing emergencies and the owner had one evening walked me through a minor water emergency. I actually was so comfortable with the unit Matt recommended that I accepted on the spot. John had the foresight to have a strong in stock inventory to avoid supply chain issues. The entire team was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable . They answered all my questions and concerns. Before the 1st install I decided to also replace the 2nd unit in my house. Both times everyone showed up when scheduled and were awesome to work with. I was absolutely comfortable having them in my home. Any difficulties, expected and unexpected, were quickly and satisfactorily resolved. They were respectful of my home and left it as they found it, but with 2 really nice new , neatly installed HVAC units. I love the new , quiet , efficient units and am happy to have the old, noisy unit gone. Great job guys, thank you.

Hagerstown Heating & Cooling is one of the best companies we've worked with. They are friendly, courteous, and extremely professional. They call regularly to remind you about maintenance visits, and when them come on site they are incredibly respectful of your residence and your time. Our first experience was due to a problem with our heater fuel pump, and after that we signed up for their membership program. We've been fortunate to only require their regular spring and fall maintenance visits to ensure our system is still properly working and ready for the upcoming season, but nevertheless, they continue offer great deals on their other services, and deliver a great experience each time. I would highly recommend them to anyone in this region.

Rich and Dan came out to look at our plumbing and to give us a estimate to replace it all, which we knew had to be done. One week later we have all new plumbing! The guys were very informative throughout the work, they made sure everything was working and cleaned up before leaving both days "2 day job" My wife and I are very happy with the work. Hagerstown heating and cooling has earned our business for years to come. Thank you Rich and Dan for doing such a Great Job! We love it!
Rich was great as always. We called Hagerstown H&C the Saturday before labor day. Rich was out within 2 hours to diagnose our failed water heater. He called us with updates often. The manufacturer couldn't supply the warranty parts so they gave us a whole new water heater. Rich had that thing installed in no time and it works perfectly. A+++
