I would highly recommend this company, from the fast call back to the late evening service calls and exceptional service you can't go wrong hiring this company for all of your hvac needs.
We have used Hagerstown Heating &Cooling on numerous occasions. You never have to wait more than a few minutes for a callback. John could not be nicer and having dealt with a few other HVAC places in the area he is also not trying to take you for a ride. They care about their customers and helping them in a timely manner. I highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for this service. I'd give them more stars if I could.
Just wanted to say thank you to the team at Hagerstown Heating and Cooling, when we went to turn on our AC for the first time this year it was not working. We called Hagerstown Heating and Cooling and we had a technician there the next day to see what our problem was. Unfortunately it was not a simple fix; we had to replace our whole AC unit and honestly thought oh great how long will this take? Well it didn't take long at all. I am happy to say that our old unit is gone and we have an amazing new unit that cools all three floors of our home. Thanks again!
This company is awesome! They worked with me on the contract so that I could get them money down on the project and when a rebate came in I could give them the rest! Very professional and courteous. I highly recommend them!
I have just had a single head mini-split installed. The installer was quick, clean and quite. The install was fast and they had it up running and throwing heat in no time. The price was right in our budget and the service was friendly. Hagerstown Heating & Cooling it the only contractor for me. Call them and you will not be disapointed.
My a/c broke down on the hottest week in August, I called around that night and John from Hagerstown Heating & Cooling was the only one called me back. After I describe the situation he knew what he needed to do the next day to have it up and running. I never dealt with them before and after that I purchase a whole new system from them. The whole staff was great and the installer were the best! They removed the old system and clean up after themselves and never could tell they were there. Thank you John and your whole Staff. John and his crew are the best around. Very professional and friendly. We would and will be recommending them to anyone who needs heating and AC work done. Hagerstown Heating and Cooling, LLC was there for me all three times I called at the last minute. Not only are they professional, but kind and efficient.
